摘要

目的:采用中药联合耳穴贴压调理儿童体质,观察对儿童反复呼吸道感染的防治作用。方法:选取反复呼吸道感染儿童360例,随机分为两组,A组为中药组,B组为中药+耳穴组,每组180例。治疗2个月,随访360 d,观察患儿反复呼吸道感染发作情况。结果:(1)A组总有效率为85.5%,B组总有效率为96.6%,中药+耳穴疗效优于单纯中药,P<0.01;(2)两组均可减少反复呼吸道感染的发病次数、缩短病程、减轻病种,均P<0.01;(3)B组在缩短病程、减轻病种方面优于A组,P<0.01;(4)B组在改善中医症状方面优于A组,P<0.01。结论:中药联合耳穴调理中医体质,对儿童反复呼吸道感染的防治具有较好的疗效,值得临床推广应用。
        Objective :To observe the preventive and therapeutic effects of traditional Chinese medicine combined with auricular acupoint pressing on children's recurrent respiratory tract infections through regulating their TCM constitution. Methods :360 children with recurrent respiratory tract infections were randomly divided into two groups,180 cases in each group. Group A was treated with traditional Chinese herbs,group B was treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with auricular points. After two months of treatment,360 days were followed up to observe the recurrent attack. Results :(1)The total effective rate was 85.5% in group A and 96.6% in group B. The effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with auricular point was better than that of simple traditional Chinese medicine,P<0.01.(2)Both groups could reduce the incidence of recurrent respiratory tract infections,shorten the course of disease and reduce the disease types,P<0.01.(3)Group B was superior to group A in shortening the course of disease and reducing the disease types,P<0.01.(4)Group B was better than group A in improving TCM syndromes,P<0.01. Conclusion :Traditional Chinese medicine combined with auricular point conditioning TCM constitution has a good effect on the prevention and treatment of recurrent respiratory tract infections in children,which is worthy of clinical application.
