党建创新工作机制对高校思政教育的影响研究

摘要
教育事业的发展和国家综合发展有着密切的关系,同时国家对教育事业的发展也是十分重视,高校作为高素质人才培养和提供的主要场所,就需要其做好教育工作。思政教育是高校教育工作中的重点内容,其对学生思想意识以及政治观念培养具有重要的意义,且党建工作和思政教育具有着密切的关系,因此这就需要高校在思政教育中,充分借助党建工作进行教育,下面,本文就针对党建创新工作机制对高校思政教育的影响进行分析,并提出党建工作机制的创新措施,希望对高校思政教育具有一定的帮助作用。
The development of education is closely related to the comprehensive development of the country. At the same time, the country attaches great importance to the development of education. As the main place for training and providing high-quality talents, colleges and universities need to do a good job in education. Ideological and political education is the key content in the work of higher education. It is of great significance to the cultivation of students' ideological and political concepts, and the work of Party building is closely related to ideological and political education. Therefore, it is necessary for colleges and universities to make full use of the work of Party building to carry out education in Ideological and political education. Below, this paper aims at Party building. This paper analyses the influence of innovative working mechanism on Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities, and puts forward innovative measures for Party building working mechanism, hoping to play a certain role in Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities.
