比利特的工作场所学习理论探究

摘要
作为一个新兴的研究领域,近年来工作场所学习在我国受到众多研究者的关注。虽然工作场所学习的概念、知识观、模型等研究成果日益丰富,但是依然存在诸多争鸣。作为国际社会认可的从事工作场所学习研究的领军人物之一,史蒂芬·比利特对工作场所学习概念、知识观的研究无疑具有重要的启示。
As a new field of research,in recent years,workplace learning has got the attention of many researchers in our country.Though there are more and more research findings on its connotation,concept of knowledge and model,there are still many different viewpoints.Stephen Billett,one of the leading figures who has got the international recognition and engaged in the workplace learning research,has carried out great study on workplace learning's connotation and concept of knowledge,which undoubtedly has important enlightenment.
