摘要
火灾报警装置是石油仓储库区关键的消防安全保障设施。针对当前基于光纤光栅感温技术火灾报警装置存在的使用成本高、系统误报高、维护不便等诸多不足,项目基于LoRa技术开发了一套无线测温传感网络。低功耗设计的无线温度探头利用32位低功耗MCU为控制核心,集成PT000测温探头和LoRa无线模块,采用电池供电,可以独立安装于外浮顶储罐浮盘二次密封圈上,实现多点罐顶温度实时采集;无线温度探头按照所监控储罐的地理位置进行分组,温度数据和报警信息经不同无线通道汇聚到所属的罐组双LoRa网关,并经由光纤网络、以太网转发到集中控制室计算机,控制室内的上位机软件集中显示全罐区的温度数据和报警信息,同时对报警通道及无线温度探头实现同步管理功能。项目所构建的大型储罐温度预警及监测平台经过现场测试,异常预警时间小于1s,可以实现对储罐罐顶温度的探测和火灾的报警联动。
        The fire alarm device is the key fire safety protection facility in the oil storage area. The fire alarm device based on the fiber grating temperature sensing technology has many disadvantages such as high use cost,high percentage of system false alarm,and inconvenient maintenance. Direct at these disadvantages,the project developed a set of wireless temperature sensor network based on LoRa technology. The low-power-designed wireless temperature-measuring probe used a 32-bit low-power MCU as the control core. It integrated the PT000 temperature-measuring probe and the LoRa wireless module. It was battery-powered and could be independently mounted on the secondary seal ring of external floating roof tank floating plate,and achieved collecting multi-point tank top temperature in real time; the wireless temperature-measuring probes were grouped according to the geographical location of the monitored tanks,and the temperature data and alarm information were aggregated to the corresponding tank group double LoRa gateway via different wireless channels,and were forwarded to the centralized control room computer via fiber-optic network and Ethernet. The upper computer software in the control room displayed the temperature data and alarm information of the whole tank area in a centralized manner,and realized the synchronous management function of the alarm channel and the wireless temperature-measuring probe. The large-scale tank temperature warning and monitoring platform constructed by the project has been tested on site,and the abnormal warning time is less than 1 second,which can realize the detection of the tank top temperature and the fire alarm linkage.
