不同剂量奥氮平治疗精神分裂症的疗效及对患者糖、脂代谢的影响

摘要
目的:探讨不同剂量奥氮平治疗精神分裂症的疗效及对患者糖、脂代谢的影响。方法:收治精神分裂症患者90例,分为A组(高剂量)与B组(低剂量)。均采用奥氮平治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:相较于治疗前,B组治疗8周后的血TG水平有所上升(P<0.05),而A组血糖、BMI以及血TC水平显著上升(P<0.05),两组间时间效应、分组效应及交互效应差异均无统计学意义。结论:精神分裂症可选用奥氮平治疗,高剂量与低剂量治疗效果相当,高低剂量均对患者的脂代谢有一定影响,相对于低剂量,高剂量对血脂及血糖的代谢影响更甚。
Objective:To explore the effects of different doses of olanzapine in the treatment of schizophrenia and its influence for glucose and lipid metabolism.Methods:90 schizophrenic patients were selected and they were treated with olanzapine,they were divided into the A group(high dose) and the B group(low dose),we compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results:Compared with before treatment,the serum TG level of the B group was increased after 8 weeks treatment(P<0.05),while the levels of blood glucose,BMI and blood TC were increased significantly in the A group(P<0.05),the time effect,grouping effect and interaction effect between the two groups were not statistically significant.Conclusion:Olanzapine can be used for schizophrenia,and the effect of high dose and low dose was equivalent,both high and low doses had a certain effect on lipid metabolism in patients,compared with low doses,high doses had a greater effect on lipid and glucose metabolism.
