摘要
目的探讨化学发光微粒子酶免疫分析法定量检测开封市区从业人员抗HAV-IgG含量的临床应用价值。方法分别采用化学发光微粒子免疫法和ELISA法对664份血清进行抗HAV-IgG定性检测,对598份抗HAV-IgG阳性样本使用化学发光微粒子免疫法定量检测。结果化学发光微粒子酶免疫分析法阳性率为90.06%,ELISA法阳性率为83.73%,化学发光微粒子酶免疫分析法阳性率高于ELISA法,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。从业人员抗HAVIgG S/CO值随着年龄的增长逐渐升高,女性的S/CO值高于男性。结论相较于传统的ELISA法,化学发光微粒子免疫检测法检测阳性率更高,结果更精确,值得临床推广应用。
        Objective To discuss the clinical application value of chemiluminescent microparticle immunoassay method for the quantitative detection of anti HAV-IgG in Kaifeng urban employees. Methods 664 samples were conducted for the qualitative detection of HAV-IgG by chemiluminescence microparticle immunoassay method and ELISA method. The 598 anti HAV-IgG positive samples were quantitatively detected by chemiluminescence microparticle immunoassay method. Results The positive rate of chemiluminescence microparticle immunoassay method was 90. 06%,the positive rate of ELISA method was 83. 73%.Positive rate of chemiluminescence microparticle immunoassay method was higher than ELISA,with the differences statistically significant( P < 0. 01). The HAV-IgGS/CO values increase with age,and that in women was higher than men. Conclusion Compared to the ELISA method,chemiluminescence microparticle immunoassay method has higher positive rate and accurate results,which is worth promotion in clinical application.
