摘要
《水运工程混凝土和砂浆材料用量定额》是水运工程造价管理的重要基础标准,在定额修订过程中,定额内容研究、混凝土组成材料的分析、各类构成材料配比的确定是修订工作的核心。通过定额需求分析、定额修订方法、配合比试验、定额数据推算、造价水平测算等定额修订过程分析,论述了定额修订的必要性,验证了通过试验分析进行定额修订的可行性,采用对比测算控制定额水平的合理性,有效地解决了多年来水运工程技术规范与定额间存在的不协调问题,提高了定额的计价精度和适用性,满足了实际工程计价的需要,提高了混凝土工程造价控制水平,并为今后定额修订工作积累了宝贵经验。
        Quota for Consumption of Concrete and Mortar in Construction Works for Water Transportation Terminals is an important basic standard for water transportation project cost management. In the process of quota revision, the study of quota content, the analysis of concrete composition materials, and the determination of the proportion of various constituent materials are the revision work core.Through the analysis of the quota revision process, such as quota demand analysis, quota revision method, mix ratio test, quota data calculation, cost level calculation, etc., we discussed the necessity of quota revision, and verified the feasibility of quota revision through test analysis. The rationality of the control quota level by comparative calculation has effectively solved the uncoordinated problems between the technical specifications and quotas of water transport engineering for many years, improved the pricing accuracy and applicability of the quota, met the needs of actual engineering pricing, improved the cost control level of concrete projects, and accumulated valuable experience for future quota revision works.
