摘要

目的观察内关穴位按压配合生姜敷贴法治疗妊娠剧吐的临床疗效及对患者胃动素(MOT)水平的影响。方法方便选取2017年1月—2018年5月在该院因妊娠剧吐收治的62例患者随机分为治疗组、对照组,各31例,并设3O例正常早孕者为正常组。治疗组采用内关穴位按压配合生姜敷贴法联合常规西医治疗,对照组仅给予常规西医支持治疗,观察比较两种治疗方法的临床疗效及治疗前后胃动素(MOT)水平的变化。结果治疗组治愈率74.19%,对照组为45.16%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组总有效率100.00%,对照组为80.64%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在治疗24 h、48 h及96 h后,治疗组恶心呕吐程度明显轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(Z=2.487、1.927、2.159,P<0.05)。治疗前,对照组、治疗组的血清MOT水平均低于正常组(t=3.589, P<0.01),治疗后,治疗组MOT水平升高更显著,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(t=2.854,P<0.05)。结论内关穴位按压配合生姜敷贴法可以有效改善妊娠剧吐临床症状,加强胃肠运动,改善进食欲望。
        Objective To observe the clinical effect of Neiguan acupoint pressing combined with ginger plaster on hyperemesis gravidarum and its influence on the level of motilin(MOT). Methods From January 2017 and May 2018,62 patients with hyperemesis gravidarum were randomly divided into treatment group(31 cases) and control group(31 cases), and 30 cases of normal early pregnancy as normal group. The treatment group was treated with Neiguan acupoint pressing combined with ginger application combined with routine western medicine, while the control group was treated with routine western medicine only. Results The cure rate of the treatment group was 74.19%, the control group was 45.16%, the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=5.43,P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 100.00%, the control group was80.64%,the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=6.63,P<0.05). After 24 hours, 48 hours and 96 hours of treatment, the degree of nausea and vomiting in the treatment group was significantly lighter than that in the control group(The Z values were 2.487, 1.927 and 2.159 respectively, P <0.05).Before treatment, the serum MOT levels of the control group and the treatment group were lower than those of the normal group(t=3.589, P<0.05). After treatment, the serum MOT levels of the treatment group increased more significantly than that of the control group(t=2.854, P<0.05). Conclusion Neiguan acupoint pressing combined with ginger application can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of hyperemesis gravidarum, strengthen gastrointestinal motility and improve appetite.
