不同深度针刺内关穴对阵发性房颤大鼠房颤持续时间的影响

摘要
目的观察深、浅两种针刺深度对阵发性房颤大鼠房颤持续时间的影响。方法将40只雄性Wistar大鼠按照随机数字表法分为正常组、模型组、浅层针刺预处理组、深层针刺预处理组4个组,每组10只。正常组采用大鼠阴茎背静脉注射生理盐水,模型组与浅、深预处理组大鼠采用阴茎背静脉注射Ach 66μg、CaCl2 10mg混合液导致大鼠阵发性房颤,连续给药7d进行造模,用心电图记录房颤持续时间。浅层针刺预处理组将毫针沿15°平刺内关穴;深层针刺预处理组90°毫针直刺入内关穴,留针20min后,注射造模药物,连续给药7d,第7天心电图描记两组大鼠房颤持续时间。结果模型组房颤持续时间逐渐延长,与正常组相比有明显统计学差异(P<0.01)。第7天深层针刺预处理组与模型组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),第7天浅针刺预处理组与模型组相比不具有统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论深层针刺预处理内关穴能够有效对抗房颤,缩短房颤持续时间疗效优于浅层针刺预处理与模型组。
Objective To observe the effect of deep and shallow needling depth on the duration of atrial fibrillation in rats with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation. Methods 40 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group,shallow needle pretreatment group and deep needle pretreatment group,with 10 rats in each group. Rats in model group and shallow and deep pretreatment groups were injected with Ach 66 μg and CaCl_2 10 mg mixture into the dorsal penile vein to induce paroxysmal atrial fibrillation,while rats in normal group received normal saline. The model was made by continuous administration of 7d. The duration of atrial fibrillation was recorded by electrocardiogram. In shallow needling pretreatment group,the filiform needle was horizontally punctured at Neiguan point along 15°; in deep needling pretreatment group,the filiform needle was directly punctured into Neiguan point along 90°. After 20 mins of retaining the needle,the model drug was injected for 7d,and the duration of atrial fibrillation in the two groups was recorded by electrocardiogram on the 7 th day. Results The duration of atrial fibrillation in model group was gradually prolonged, which was significantly different from that in normal group(P<0.01).On the 7th day,there was significant difference between deep needling pretreatment group and model group(P<0.05),there was no significant difference between shallow needling pretreatment group and model group(P>0.05). Conclusion Neiguan acupoint deep needling pretreatment can effectively combat atrial fibrillation and shorten the duration of atrial fibrillation,which is better than shallow needling pretreatment and model group.
