“相对穴”内关-外关透针刺法的临床应用

摘要
内关-外关"相对穴",其透针刺法用穴精良,能够疏通手厥阴心包经与手少阳三焦经的经气,主治范围广泛,效果明显。施术时由内关穴进针,直刺向外关穴透刺;或由外关穴进针,直刺向内关穴透刺。内关透外关可以用于治疗神志性疾病、脾胃疾病、心胸疾病、伤科病和皮肤病;外关透内关可以治疗胁肋痛、耳鸣、落枕、肩周炎、外伤痛症、心脏疾患等。本法一针贯通手厥阴经与手少阳经,具有取穴简单、刺法精良、感应强烈、操作简易、应用安全、获效显著和治愈率高的特点,值得在针灸临床中应用和推广。
Neiguan(PC6)-Waiguan(TE5) belongs to relative acupoints, and the penetration needling method is a simple method of operation, which can regulate the qi between pericardium meridians of the hand jueyin and triple energizer meridian of hand shaoyang. It is a wide range of indications and the effect is obvious. In the course of operation, perhaps pierce Neiguan(PC6) to Waiguan(TE5), or pierce Waiguan(TE5) to Neiguan(PC6). Piercing Neiguan(PC6) to Waiguan(TE5) can be used for the treatment of mental disease, stomach disease, heart disease, department of traumatology disease and skin disease; piercing Waiguan(TE5) to Neiguan(PC6) can be used to treat hypochondriac pain, tinnitus, stiff neck, shoulder and other pain, heart disease etc. Neiguan(PC6)-Waiguan(TE5) penetration needling method contacts the pericardium meridians of the hand jueyin and triple energizer meridian of hand shaoyang. It has the advantages of simple acupoint selection, good needling method, strong induction, simple operation, safe application, obvious effect and high cure rate, and is worthy of being applied and popularized in acupuncture clinical application.
