摘要
【目的】观察不同压力点按内关穴对健康人心率变异性的影响,探讨点按内关穴中压力与效应之间的关系。【方法】取45例健康男性自愿者随机分为A、B、C共3组,每组15例,并进行拇指按压法点按其左侧内关穴,压力值分别为1 kg、3kg、5 kg;采集点按前后5 min心率变异性信息并进行对照分析。【结果】A组点按前后的心率变异性变化无统计学意义(P>0.05);B组心率变异性增高(P<0.05);C组心率变异性下降(P<0.05)。【结论】不同压力点按内关穴对健康人心率变异性影响不同;1 kg压力点按内关穴对健康人的心脏无明显影响,3 kg与5 kg压力点按内关穴对健康人的心脏有一定的影响,且各不相同;推拿中压力与效应之间存在着一定的量效关系。
        Objective To observe the effect of Neiguan(PC6)acupressure with different strength on heart rate variability(HRV)of healthy volunteers,and to explore the relationship between Neiguan acupressure strength and its efficacy.Methods Forty-five healthy male volunteers were evenly randomized into groups A,B and C,who were given acupressure on left Neiguan acupressure with the thumb by the pressure strength of 1,3,5 kg,respectively.Five minutes before and after treatment,the value of HRV was collected and compared in the three groups.Results In group A,the difference of HRV before and after treatment was insignificant(P>0.05);in group B,HRV was increased after treatment(P<0.05 compared with that before treatment);in group C,HRV was decreased after treatment(P<0.05 compared with that before treatment).Conclusion The influence of Neiguan acupressure with different pressure strength on HRV of healthy volunteers varies:1 kg pressure strength has no influence on HRV,3 kg and 5 kg have certain effects on HRV,and the effect is pressure-dependent.
