摘要
文章旨在研究黄芪多糖对肉鸭病毒性肝炎免疫应激的缓解作用及生长性能的影响。试验选取1日龄的健康樱桃谷鸭300只,随机分成3组,每组5个重复,每个重复20只鸭。空白对照组饲喂基础日粮,不进行病毒性肝炎的免疫;免疫组饲喂基础日粮,1日龄进行病毒性肝炎的免疫;免疫+黄芪多糖组在基础日粮的基础上添加500 mg/kg的黄芪多糖,1日龄进行病毒性肝炎免疫,试验期30 d。结果表明:(1)在体重、日均采食量、料重比方面,免疫+黄芪多糖组明显高于空白对照组和免疫组,其中体重组差异极显(P <0.01),日均采食量、料重比差异显著(P <0.05)。(2)在脾脏指数、胸腺指数、法氏囊指数方面,免疫+黄芪多糖组明显高于免疫组,其中脾脏指数在24 d差异极显著(P <0.01),法氏囊指数分别在30 d差异极显著(P <0.01);胸腺指数在24 d差异显著(P <0.05)。(3)在应激激素方面,免疫+黄芪多糖组较空白组显著增加(P <0.05),免疫+黄芪多糖组较免疫组显著下降(P <0.05)。由此可见对于免疫鸭病毒性肝炎的肉鸭,黄芪多糖能很好的提高生长性能,增加机体免疫力,缓解机体的免疫应激作用。
        The aim of this study was to study the alleviating effect of Astragalus Polysaccharide on immune stress and growth performance of Duck Viral Hepatitis. 300 healthy white-Pekin-duck of 1 day old were randomly divided into three treatment groups with 5 replicates in each group and 20 ducks in each replicate. The blank control group was fed with the basic diet without immunization against viral hepatitis;the immunization group was fed with the basic diet for immunization against viral hepatitis at 1 day old;the immunization + astragalus polysaccharide group was fed with 500 mg/kg Astragalus Polysaccharide on the basis of the basic diet for immunization against viral hepatitis at 1 day old for 30 days. The results showed that :(1)In terms of body weight,average daily feed intake and feed-Weight ratio,the immune + astragalus polysaccharide group was significantly higher than the blank control group and the immune group,with significant difference in body weight group(P <0.01),and significant difference in average daily feed intake and feed-Weight ratio(P <0.05).(2)In spleen index,thymus index and bursa index,the spleen index in immunization + astragalus polysaccharide group was significantly higher than that in immunization group. The spleen index was significantly different in 24 days(P <0.01),bursa index was significantly different in 30 days(P <0.01),and thymus index was significantly different in 24 days(P <0.05).(3)In the blood glucose,total protein and triglyceride content,the immune + astragalus polysaccharide group was significantly higher than the blank group(P <0.05),and the immune + astragalus polysaccharide group was significantly lower than the immune group(P <0.05).(4)In terms of stress hormones,the immune + astragalus polysaccharide group was significantly higher than the blank group(P <0.05),and the immune+astragalus polysaccharide group was significantly lower than the immune group(P <0.05). Therefore,astragalus polysaccharide can improve growth performance,increase immunity and alleviate immune stress of ducks immunized with duck viral hepatitis.
