摘要
SIL验证工作是功能安全评估过程中的一项重要工作,根据SIF回路的实际配置、选型、管理等因素,定量计算出SIF回路实际实现的安全完整性等级。当前SIL验证工作过程中,存在关键设备梳理不正确、计算不全面、数据使用不当、建议提出的科学性等问题,本文总结归纳在SIL验证工作中存在的若干问题,通过具体示例分析,明确问题及处理建议,从而在一定程度上提高了SIL验证工作的准确性,使验证报告更具合理性。
SIL verification is an important work in the process of functional safety assessment, According to the configuration, selection, management and other factors of SIF, the safety integrity level of SIF is calculated quantitatively. In the process of SIL verification, there are some problems, such as incorrect carding of key equipment, incomplete calculation, inappropriate use of data, scientific proposals and so on. The paper sum up some problems existing in SIL verification, through the analysis of specific examples, it clarifies the problems and proposes solutions. Thus, the accuracy of SIL verification is improved to a certain extent, and the verification report is more reasonable.
