摘要

乡村振兴战略的实施,为乡村文化产业带来了难得的发展机遇。助推乡村经济转型升级、促进乡村社会和谐稳定、推动乡村文化繁荣发展和改善乡村人居生态环境是乡村文化产业发展四位一体的价值追求。当前,突破乡村文化产业发展的现实困境,推动乡村文化事业和文化产业发展,一要提高思想认识,增强产业内生动力;二要坚持内涵发展,把社会效益放在首位;三要完善体制机制,加大政策支持力度;四要健全市场体系,拓宽企业融资渠道;五要依托资源优势,打造特色产业品牌。
        The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy has brought rare opportunities for the development of rural cultural industry. Promoting the transformation and upgrading of rural economy, maintaining the harmony and stability of rural society, accelerating the prosperity and development of rural culture and improving the ecological environment of rural human settlements are the "four-in-one" value pursuit of the development of rural cultural industry. At present, in order to break through the realistic predicament of the development of rural cultural industries and promote the development of rural cultural undertakings and cultural industries in China, we should take efforts in five fields. First, improving ideological understanding and enhancing the endogenous motivation of the industry; Second, adhering to the connotation development, putting top priority on the social benefit; Third, improving the system and mechanism, and increasing policy support; Fourth, improving the market system and broadening the financing channels for enterprises; Fifth, relying on the advantages of resources to create distinctive industry brands.
