级配对结构层沥青混合料路用性能影响试验研究

摘要
为了研究级配对结构层沥青混合料路用性能的影响,以双层沥青混合料为例,通过单轴贯入试验、蠕变试验、劈裂试验和重复贯入试验,对结构层沥青混合料的高温稳定性能、低温抗裂性能以及疲劳性能进行研究。研究结果表明,级配对结构层沥青混合料的路用性能有显著影响;级配中粗集料较多,特别是粗集料中较大粒径的集料较多时,结构层沥青混合料抗剪强度大,蠕变速率小,低温破坏应变大,结构层沥青混合料的高温稳定性能和低温抗裂性能好;级配中细集料较多,粗集料较少时,结构层沥青混合料疲劳性能较好。
        In order to study the effect of aggregate gradation on the road performance properties of structural-layer asphalt mixtures,taking the double-layer asphalt mixtures being the example,the high temperature stability,low temperature cracking resistance and fatigue performance of structural-layer asphalt mixtures are studied by the uni-axial penetration test,creep test,splitting test and repeated uni-axial penetration test.The results show that aggregate gradation significantly affects the performance-related properties of structural-layer asphalt mixtures.With the increase in coarse aggregate,particularly increase in coarse aggregate with a larger diameter,the shear strength and low temperature failure strain increase,the creep rate decreases,which implies that the high temperature stability and low temperature cracking resistance of structural-layer asphalt mixtures strengthen;with an increase in fine aggregate and an decrease in coarse aggregate,the fatigue performance of structural-layer asphalt mixtures improves.
