摘要
为确保五相圆筒永磁直线电机(tubular permanent magnet linear motor,TPMLM)在任意两相开路或短路故障情况下仍然具有平滑的推力和优良的动态性能,该文提出一种容错矢量控制策略。根据优化所得的非故障相容错电流推导降阶正交变换矩阵,实现故障状态下的矢量空间解耦;采用相短路电流与其反电势的关系求取抑制短路电流影响的电压。在同步旋转坐标系上,建立TPMLM任意两相故障情况下的数学解耦模型。最后,为简化控制器设计,在传统矢量控制基础上构建容错矢量控制器。实验结果表明,该策略能提高TPMLM在任意两相故障情况下的稳态和动态性能。
        To obtain smooth thrust force and high dynamic performance in double-phase open-circuit or short-circuit faults operation, a novel fault-tolerant vector control(FT-VC) for five phase tubular permanent-magnet linear motor(TPMLM) was proposed. According to the optimal fault-tolerant currents in the remaining healthy phases, two new reduced-order orthogonal transformation matrices were derived, and then the vector space was decoupled in the double-phase fault conditions. The voltages, which were used to restrain the impact of short-circuit current, were derived based on the relation between short-circuits and their phase back electromotive forces. Then the decoupled model of the TPMLM with arbitrary double-phase faults was built. Finally, a new fault-tolerant vector controller was designed on the basis of traditional vector controller. Therefore, the steady-state and dynamic performance of the TPMLM with double-phase faults is improved and the controller design is simplified. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed strategy can improve the steady-state and dynamic performance of TPMLM with arbitrary double-phase faults.
