摘要
针对电气连接器使用中存在的缩针问题,根据保持力检测原理,设计基于薄膜压力传感器的多路选通信号调理电路,包括传感器信号驱动电路、信号滤波电路和多路选通电路。将薄膜压力传感器集成到运算放大器的反向端,运用CD4051模拟电子开关和反相器串联的方法实现信号的多路选通,并采用一阶低通滤波器对传感器采集到的信号进行降噪处理。将一阶滤波器设计成一个模块,使用示波器对采集的信号断开和接入滤波模块进行特征观察,前后对比可知,采集信号经过滤波器能较好地去除噪声。故设计的硬件电路能达到测量要求,能对信号进行有效不失真的采集。
        Aiming at the shrinkage needle problem existing in the use of electrical connectors, according to the principle of retention force detection, a multi-channel strobe signal conditioning circuit based on film pressure sensor was designed, including sensor signal drive circuit, signal filter circuit and multi-channel strobe circuit. The film pressure sensor was integrated into the opposite end of the operational amplifier. The CD4051 analog electronic switch and inverter were connected in series to realize signal multi-channel gating,and the first-order low-pass filter was used to denoise the signal collected by the sensor. The first-order filter was designed as a module,and the oscilloscope was used to observe the acquired signal disconnection and access the filtering module. Before and after comparison,the collected signal can be well removed by the filter. Therefore, the designed hardware circuit can meet the measurement requirements and can effectively and non-distort the acquisition of the signal.
