马鞍山大桥锚固系统关键施工技术

摘要
马鞍山长江公路大桥主缆锚固系统是左汊悬索桥的主要受力构件,是大桥建设的关键控制性工程。锚固系统焊接工作量大、焊接变形难以控制,钻孔精度及涂装质量要求高。介绍单双束锚杆及后锚梁拼装工艺、焊接工艺、涂装工艺及质量控制措施,通过在施工过程中采用相应的工装及变形控制措施,有效地保证了焊接质量和变形控制,同时针对锚杆H梁螺栓连接孔精度要求高的特点,自行研制了专用H梁钻模,解决了锚杆H梁拼装时栓接孔的精度问题。
        Maanshan Yangtze River Highway Bridge cable anchorage system is the left suspension bridge′s main force element, which is also the key to control the bridge construction project. Large amount of anchor systems welding, difficult control of welding deformation and high demand on drilling accuracy and coating quality are its features. According to which, it is highlighted single and double beam anchor and beam bolt assembly technology, welding technology, coating technology and quality control measures used in the construction process to effectively ensure the quality of welding and deformation control, while according to the feature of high precision of bolt hole of H beam, self-development has been done for a special drill jig of H beam to ensure the accuracy of H beam assembling bolt hole.
