巢湖流域产业结构与水污染程度的关系研究——基于灰色关联分析法

摘要
采用灰色关联法研究了巢湖流域产业结构与水污染之间的关系,查找分析对巢湖水质影响较大的行业,以期为巢湖水污染治理提供新思路。通过分析2001—2006年合肥市和巢湖市产业结构,表明合肥市在工业方面的电力、食品、冶金等行业对水污染影响较大;巢湖市对水污染的影响更多体现在牧业、渔业。因此,巢湖流域应加大产业结构调整,优化升级第一、第二产业内部结构,大力发展第三产业,以保护流域内水资源环境,促进流域区域经济社会可持续发展。
This article used the gray correlation method to analyze industrial structure and water pollution of Chaohu Lake basin,and definited the influence of industrial structure to water pollution to find that industrial had effects on Chaohu Lake water quality,in the hope of taking the scientific measurement for the basin economy sustainable development and the water resources protection.By the analysis of industrial structure from 2001 to 2006 in Hefei and Chaohu Cities,the results indicated that the industry such as electric power,the thermal energy production,the food manufacturing industry,non-ferrous metal smelting and rolling processing industry had effected on water pollution in Hefei City.But there were some effects to water pollution in animal husbandry and the fishery in Chaohu City.The water quality of Chaohu Lake improved along with the pollution industry proportion decreased.Therefore,it was necessary to adjust industrial structure in Chaohu Lake Basin.Optimizing and upgrading the inner structure of the first and second industry and developing the tertiary industry should be made,in order to protect the water resources and promote economy and society sustainable development.
