铜陵铜尾矿库优势植物对重金属富集特征研究

摘要
矿区废弃地定居植物调查与筛选是植物修复研究的重点。通过研究安徽铜陵石灰窑和相思谷尾矿库区土壤重金属含量,以及库区优势植物对Cu、Cd、Zn、Mn、Pb等重金属的转移特征与富集能力,筛选出适应该地区生态修复的先锋植物。通过对尾矿区14种优势植物研究发现,在Cu、Zn、Cd含量比较高的尾矿区,可以选用苏槐蓝、续断菊、苦卖菜和巢菜4种乡土优势植物作为耐性植物联合种植。续断菊对Cd的富集系数与转移系数分别为2.560和1.634,其对Cd具有较强的迁移能力和富集能力,可用于Cd污染严重地区的生态修复。
        The key of phytoremediation in mine tailings is selecting dominant plants. The amount of heavy metals, the enrichment and transporting features of heavy metals, such as Cu, Cd, Zn, Mn, Pb of the dominant plants in the tailings of Shihuiyao and Xiangsigu Tailings in Tongling, Anhui Province were analyzed. Results showed that among the selected 14 dominant plants, the bioaccumulation factor(BCF) and transfer factor(TF) of Sonchus asper was 2.560 and 1.634 separately.The capability of BCF and TF of Sonchus asper was high, and it can be used in phytoremediation of Cd polluted area. Apart from Sonchus asper, Indigofera carlesii Craib, Vicia sepium L. and Ixeris chinensis has good tolerance in metal polluted tailings, which can be used as pioneer plants of ecological rehabilitation in tailings.
