安徽寿县矿山生态环境现状调查及分析

摘要
通过对安徽省寿县矿山生态环境现状的调查及统计分析得知,目前该县矿山在其开发利用过程中严重破坏了当地的生态环境,其中耕地、林地、草地及其它类型用地破坏面积分别约占总土地破坏面积的54%、19%、18%和9%。截止2004年,全县总体矿山生态环境恢复治理率仅为20.33%,明显低于六安市2005年矿山生态恢复总体规划实现治理率达25%的目标。当前寿县在矿山生态环境恢复治理工作中存在着恢复治理任务量分配不合理、管理执法不到位等问题,需加大生态恢复治理力度。
Based on the investigation and statistical analysis of the statas quo of the mine ecological environment,we could conclude:at present,the mine eco-environment of Shouxian County was seriously destroyed in the course of development and utilization of the mineral resources,which destroyed the land area of the farmland,woodland,grassland and other types accounting for 54%,19%,18% and 9% respectively.By the end of 2004,overall ecological restoration rate in the county was only 20.33%,obviously lower than the 2005 mine ecological restoration rate of 25% of the overall plan to achieve governance goal of Lu'an City.Results showned that overall achievements of the mine eco-environment restoration and treatment in Shouxian County were rather poor,there still existed some problems that the distribution of planning task about the restoration and treatment was unreasonable,lax management and law enforcement and so on,so the process of mine eco-environment restoration and treatment would be speeded up.
