“三生”协调发展——重构环巢湖区域空间新秩序研究

摘要
巢湖生态文明先行示范区建设上升为国家战略是对巢湖综合治理与保护性开发利用的升华。基于对环巢湖空间结构及布局方面存在问题分析,从全域空间发展和城乡统筹的角度,研究合肥市城乡生活、生态和生产协调发展的优化模式与优化战略,以城镇结构、生态环境结构、基础设施网络等结构性内容作为城市发展的骨架,重构区域空间新秩序,实现市域空间的多主题、多特色、多模式、多元化发展。
The construction of Chaohu ecological civilization demonstration zone as a national strategy indicates the sublimation of Chaohu comprehensive treatment and protective exploitation.Based on the analysis of the existing problems of Chaohu space structure and the layout,from the development of global space and urban and rural perspective,Hefei City,urban and rural life,ecological and harmonious development of production optimization model and optimization strategy have been studied,with urban construction and ecological environment construction,infrastructure network and other structural contents as the frame of urban development,so as to restructure a new order of regional space,to achieve spatial multi subject and multi characteristics,multi model and diversified development.
