聚苯乙烯泡沫夹芯板的火灾危险性评析

摘要
四川汶川"5.12"特大地震发生后,受灾群众过渡安置板房大量采用聚苯乙烯泡沫(EPS)夹芯板搭建。结合EPS的燃烧特点、火灾行为及其危害,测得EPS夹芯板在不同连接、封装和隔断方式下的热释放速率(HRR)和总释热值(THR),评析了不同封装方式对火灾危险性的影响,对灾区板房搭建施工中的防火措施提出了建议。
EPS was used a lot to produce temporary dwellings after "5·12" earthquake in Wenchuan Sichuan.The effect of different packaging methods to fire risk of sandwich board was evaluated by testing the heat release rate or total heat release of different connect,package and obstruct methods of EPS sandwich board combined with burning features,fire behavior and hazard of EPS's burning.Advises of fire prevention measures which adopted during construct of prefabricated houses were put forward.
