汶川地震后郫县唐昌镇农村饮用水卫生学调查

摘要
目的汶川地震后,重灾区郫县唐昌镇农村井水出现发黄、发臭、浑浊及遇茶变紫色等现象,了解当地农村饮用水卫生状况,为确保灾后饮水安全提供科学依据。方法在受灾最重的3个村,以村中各社组为单位整群抽样,抽查95口饮用井水,通过询问、实地考察获得水井卫生状况,并检测井水铁、细菌总数等16项指标。结果所有井水均不符合生活饮用水卫生标准,主要卫生学问题为感官性状恶化和铁超标。结论建议静置煮沸后饮用,并尽快使用含氯井水消毒药物。
Objective To investigate the quality of drinking water in countryside of Tangchang town in Pi county after Wenchuan earthquake when the well water had been yellow, fetid, muddy and changed to purple when combined with tea. Methods The cluster sampling method was applied to select 95 wells according to nature units of the three hardest-hit village. Results All well water does not achieve the hygienic standard(GB5749—85) after investigating hygienic state about the wells and 16 indicationes of the water such as iron, total bacterial count, etc. The excessive iron and the deteriorate senses character were the main sanitary problems. Conclusion We suggested that water supply should be kept static for enough time and boiled or disinfected by oxidizing agent such as chlorine.
