深圳地铁3号线轨排井围护结构设计优化

摘要
针对深圳地铁3号线轨排井基坑施工中预应力锚索存在的安全隐患,考虑设计中的钢花管施工难度较大等原因,结合实际揭露地层,利用有限差分分析程序FLAC3D进行优化设计。结果表明,优化后基坑围护结构的各项性能指标均能满足设计要求,轨排井得以顺利安全施工,节省人力物力,方便施工,缩短工期。
There existed security problems to install pre-tensioned cables on the south side of the pile-group supported foundation pit on Line 3 of Shenzhen subway, and it was difficult to drive perforated steel pipes. In addition, the geologic conditions are found to be very good in the course of pipe driving. For the above-mentioned reasons, program FLAC3D (Fast Lagrangian Analysis of Continua in 3 Dimensions) was adopted to optimize the support design. The optimized design met the requirements of the characteristic indices of the pit support and was helpful for smooth completion of the pit with much time and money saved.
