锚杆锚固质量无损检测技术综合研究及应用

摘要
基于锚固体系的锚固动力学及应力波运动学理论,研究了锚固体系的振动特征。通过对应力波进行小波分析、相位分析和现场模型锚杆试验,提出运用应力波无损检测技术综合分析锚杆锚固质量的方法。对某高速公路锚杆支护施工质量检测表明,综合应用多种手段对锚杆锚固质量进行评定可取得较好的效果。
Based on dynamics of anchorage and kinematics of stress wave in anchorage system,the vibration characteristics of anchorage system are studied.A polytechnic method of quick inspection for anchoring state by using sonic-frequency stress wave is proposed.The method includes wavelet analysis,phasic analysis and model test of rock bolt in site.Construction quality inspection for bolting in Jilai highway shows that better effect to assess anchoring quality of rock bolt can be gained by using multi-technique.
