铁路隧道病害的综合检测与治理

摘要
隧道检测中最关心的问题是利用衬砌厚度、裂损部位、空洞空隙分析、混凝土结构完整性、力学强度、围岩变形等方面的信息,判断工程施工是否达到设计要求,诊断与评价既有衬砌的工作状态与安全性能,分析病害产生的原因,提出病害整治方案。利用雷达扫描沿隧道拱顶、左右拱肩、左右边墙施工5条线连续扫描,声波检测沿拱顶每10m一对测点,数码摄像沿隧道全程连续摄录,对90座隧道进行了全面的病害检测。地质与综合物探检测表明,铁路隧道病害的产生与地质环境、设计与施工有密切的关系,病害整治要针对不同原因制定相应措施。
The key problem on detecting the hazards of tunnels is to judge whether the construction meets the design standard or not, diagnose and evaluate the status and safety performance of completed liner, analyze the causes of diseases and put forward the cure methods for the diseases by making use of such information as the thickness of liners, the cracked parts, the analysis of inanition spacing, the integration of concrete construction, the intension of mechanics and the distortion of wall rock. The author had scanned by radar 90 tunnels along the 5 lines of tunnel vault, the left and right spandrel, left and right sidewall. A pair of sound wave detecting points is laid every 10 m along the vault to detect the faults. Digital camera had been used to take pictures continuously along the whole tunnel. Geological and geophysical detecting shows that the diseases of the tunnels are closely related to geological condition, design and construction technology and the method of curing should be correspond to different causes.
