船舶如何面对核危机

<正>3·11地震以来,日本20余火山活跃异常。日本气象厅称,不排除再次发生9级地震并伴有火山爆发的可能。如果福岛第一核电站附近再度发生地震,那么将至少有一座反应堆的外壳会因"不堪内外重压"而破裂,核反应堆中的放射性污水和早已融化了的燃料棒将"奔涌而出",整个事态将无法收拾。面对可能发生的更多灾难,航运企业及船舶有必要做好准备。
Since the strong earthquake of Mar.11,20 volcanos in Japan are in their active state exceptionally.The Japanese Department of Meteorology said that earthquake of magnitudes 9.0 might happen once more and would be accompanied by the volcanic eruption. If the earthquake happens at the Fudao first nuclear power station nearby once again,then will at least have a reactor outer covering to be unable to withstand the heavy pressure inside and outside and to burst,the radioactive sewage in nuclear reactor and the already melted fuel rod will flush out,the entire situation will be unable to control.The shipping enterprises and the ships should get ready for more disasters which possibly occur.
