建筑构件无损检测方法的研究

摘要
本文通过对层析成像方法的研究,建立了混凝土缺陷检测的超声反演和层析成像方法,利用计算机成像技术,采用有序波前重建的弯曲射线追踪算法和求解大型稀疏矩阵的带阻尼的最小二乘反演算法,研制了超声波层析成像系统,分析混凝土构件的超声波声时数据,得到反映混凝土构件内部声速变化的二维CT图像,直观地反映混凝土构件中缺陷所在断面的位置与范围。通过实验验证了该系统可以检测混凝土构件中缺陷的大小和形状。
Through studying on the tomography method, a concrete inner defect detection method was established, which is based on ultrasonic inversion and tomography. Using computer tomography technique, ordinal wave-front construction ray tracing method and DLSDR algorithm, an ultrasonic-CT program was developed. The program was applied to analyze the data of ultrasonic wave propagation time in concrete component, and 2D CT images were derived that reflect the variation of wave velocity in concrete component. The CT images reflect the location and range of the flaw in concrete. Experiments prove that the system can accurately detect the shape and size of concrete inner defect.
