浅论烟囱设计的优化

摘要
在烟囱设计项目中,要使烟囱设计能满足各种温度下的使用,需认真复核使用的温度,以温度作为一个重要的数据,在安全,经济的原则下,对烟囱的内衬及隔热材料进行选择比较,同等条件下采用砖烟囱还是钢筋混凝土烟囱应结合当地的地震设防烈度、烟囱高度、出口内径以及烟气温度等因素综合决定,在烟囱设计中尽量根据给定条件选用标准图集,这样不但可以大大减少设计工作量,而且还能加快设计速度。
In the chimney design projects,in order to make chimney design meet the application under the various temperature,it is necessary to carefully check the temperature used.Taking temperature as an important data and under the safe and economic principal,selection and comparison of the liner and insulation materials for chimney were carried out.Under the same condition,whether brick or reinforced concrete chimney to be adopted should comprehensively combine with the factors of local seismic fortification intensity,chimney height,inside diameter of outlet and fume temperature to determine.During the chimney design,standard collective drawings should be selected and used according to given conditions so that can greatly reduce design work load and can also quicken the design.
