服役钢筋混凝土单层工业厂房的寿命分析

摘要
建筑物在使用过程中,由于自然老化以及受到随机地震、高温、腐蚀等环境作用的影响,预测其使用寿命成为国内外一个崭新的课题.利用计算机模拟技术模拟了地震动并对钢筋混凝土单层工业厂房进行弹塑性反应分析,在考虑地震损伤积累、结构自然老化、耐久性腐蚀损伤以及结构经济维修决策因素下,有机地把结构的安全性、耐久性和经济性结合起来从而模拟得出服役结构的寿命分布.为工程结构在地震作用下使用寿命的预测和服役结构的检测鉴定以及结构抗震的研究提出了一种新的思路和研究方法.
Buildings are affected by unforced aging and environment like the random earthquake,high temperatures,or erosion,so forecasting the life them becomes a new and difficult researching subject in the world.Using the computer simulation technology,the authors simulated the earthquake and the arried out the elastoplastic response analysis on the reinforced concrete single-storey industrial buildings.Considering the structural safety,durability and economical result,the distribution of the structures in service can be simulated when the damages cumulated.So the natural deteriorate of the structure,durability,erosive damage and repair decision is considered.For forcasting the life of the structure subjected to earthquake,detecting the risk of structure in service,and studying the aseismatic features of the a new idea and a new method is brought forward.
