甘肃陇南地震灾区2次暴雨过程的诊断对比

摘要
利用常规气象资料和NCEP再分析资料,对2008年6月30日和7月21日发生在陇南灾区的2次暴雨过程进行诊断对比分析。结果表明:"6.30"暴雨过程的主要影响系统是切变低涡,水汽条件和能量条件都相当好,但垂直上升运动不太剧烈,致使陇南灾区达到暴雨标准的站数相对较少;"7.21"暴雨的主要影响系统是高原低涡,能量条件不如"6.30"暴雨充分,但水汽及垂直运动条件较好,形成暴雨的3个条件基本满足,致使陇南灾区50%以上的站达到暴雨标准。而暴雨的成灾程度与暴雨中心落区有密切关系。
Based on the conventional observations and NCEP reanalysis data,the two similar storm cases occurred on June 30 and July 21,2008 in Longnan disaster area were diagnosed.The analytic conclusions are as follows: The shearing low vortex was the main influence system of "6.30" heavy rainfall,but less ascending motion resulted in less stations's precipitation up to 50 mm. The plateau low vortex was the main influence system of "7.21" storm rainfall,because of better vapor condition and strong vertical ascending motion,the precipitation in 50 percent stations of Longnan region was more than 50 mm during "7.21" storm rainfall.The relation is in evidence between the loss from heavy rainfall disaster and the center area of rainfall.
