光纤传感技术在网架结构健康检测中应用

摘要
网架结构是由杆件和节点按一定规律组成的空间结构,这些杆件通常是大量钢管构件,在荷载作用下承受轴向压力或拉力.了解网架在使用过程中的受力状态,就可以比较实际结构响应与理论计算的差距,从而判断结构是否处于正常工作状态.本文研制了应用于钢管构件内力测试的网架结构无损检测系统及装置,特别是根据网架结构构件特点开发了一种可装卸的光纤传感器专用夹具,通过实验验证了该检测装置传力的可靠性.这种检测装置具有无损网架构件、不产生残余应力、安装方便的优点.同时,文中介绍某大型平板网架工程利用这种可装卸式光纤光栅装置系统进行实际结构测试的情况.
Space truss structures are composed of members and nodes by some rules.The members are usually steel tubes and in axial force subject to external load.In order to understand the mechanical state of the space truss in the period of service,comparison between the practical response and theory solution of the structure subjected to loading is conducted to estimate whether the structure is under normal working state.In this paper,the non-destructive detection equipment of spatial truss which was applied to the detection of internal force of the steel tubes was developed.A kind of special clamp used together with the fiber Bragg grating sensors which can be assembled and unassembled conveniently was also developed according to the traits of spatial truss structures.The experimental results showed that the interned force of the members of spatial truss structures can be transferred reliably to the fiber Bragg grating sensors through this detection equipment.The detection equipment has a lot of nerits such as no destrution of steel bubes,converience for installation and no produce of residual stress.In addition,the health detection for a large plane spatial truss project using this equipment was introduced.
