大跨网壳结构施工过程模拟分析

摘要
结构设计时,对象均是使用阶段的成型结构,而施工过程中结构本身及其受力与设计时的状态具有很大差异,对于大跨网壳、桥梁、隧道等重要结构进行施工过程模拟与监测是非常重要的。该文提出了运用ANSYS有限元软件中单元生死高级选项进行施工过程模拟的数值方法,并以某体育馆大跨度焊接钢管拱形网壳结构为例,考虑温度影响对屋盖的施工过程进行了数值模拟,同时对其进行了施工监测。分析结果表明:温度荷载对支座相连的杆件内力影响较大,而对其它杆件影响很小,并与实测结果吻合得较好,验证了施工模拟数值方法的有效性。
In structure design,the object is the used structure.Compared with the designed structure,the structure characteristics and stress conditions in constructing process are different.It is significant to simulate and monitor the constructing process of reticulated shell and bridges and tunnels.This paper proposes a numerical simulation method using the birth & death advanced function of the ANSYS finite element software.Effects of temperature are considered and the constructing process of the large span reticulated shell of a gymnasium numerical simulation is provided.At the same time,the constructing process was monitored.From the numerical results,it is found that temperature load is an important influencing factor members to link connecting with support but the other members are not.And the results from calculation fit well with the experimental ones,it can be concluded that the numerical method described in the paper is more effectual.
