抗震用极低屈服点钢组织和性能研究

摘要
通过合理的成分设计及轧制丁艺,制备出屈服强度100MPa级的极低屈服点钢,对其组织和性能进行了研究,并分析了组织对性能的影响作用,同时对其低周疲劳性能进行了分析。实验结果表明,其综合力学性能满足抗震用钢的要求。
Ultra-low yield strength steel plates with 100 MPa yield strength were rolled by reasonable composition design and suitable rolling process.The microstructure and properties were researched,the properties of high strain low cycle fatigue resistant were analyzed as well.The results show that the synthetic mechanical properties can satisfy the requirement of the steel used for earthquake resistant.
