基于安全性分析电力系统地震功能失效研究

摘要
电力系统地震功能失效有两种方式,一是物理功能失效,二是供电流功能失效。对系统供电流功能失效进行了深入的研究。首先用模糊矩阵对受地震干扰的系统进行连通性分析,之后运用灵敏度安全法对系统进行安全性分析。该方法是将因地震引起的电力供应系统线路开断视为系统正常运行的一种扰动,从系统供电流方程的Taylor级数展开式出发,得到灵敏度矩阵,以系统节点注入的功率增量来计算系统运行变量增量,为判断系统运行状态提供依据。最后结合一个实例验证了该方法的实用性,该工作可作为电力系统地震功能失效分析的理论基础,为电力系统地震防灾和工程加固提供理论依据。
There are two modes of seismic function failure on a power supply system,the first is physical function failure and the other is load flow function failure.The load flow function failure is studied in-depth.The system′s connectivity is analyzed by fuzzy matrix firstly,then the sensitivity analysis method is employed for safe analysis.In this method the line outage is viewed as disturbance of the system in normal running condition.The sensitivity matrix is got from the Taylor series expansion of the electric power system equation,and the running parameter increments are got from the systems power increments by the matrix.It could provide a basis for judging the system′s running state.At last the practicality of the method is verified by an example.All the above can be applied as theoretical basis for power supply system security analysis and can provide theoretical basis for earthquake disaster prevention and structure strengthening.
