钢筋混凝土框架填充墙结构抗震性能分析及评价方法研究

摘要
汶川地震中,钢筋混凝土框架填充墙结构产生了严重的破坏,研究影响其抗震性能的关键因素并提出合理的性能评价方法具有实际意义。本文针对汶川地震中一严重破坏的钢筋混凝土框架填充墙结构进行了仿真分析,验证了建模所选取参数及方法的合理性,再根据汶川地震中出现的典型震害分析填充墙沿楼层高度布置形式、结构层数、填充墙的开洞率及构造措施等对结构抗震性能产生的影响。结果表明:填充墙不均匀布置对框架结构抗震不利;填充墙开洞过大易产生短柱破坏;合理的构造措施可有效阻止贯穿型大裂缝的出现等。最后,本文还对主体框架和填充墙分别提出了性态化设计目标,结合四节点墙体模型,利用能力谱法能较好地评价结构的抗震性能水平,且证明了按照规范对框架填充墙结构周期进行折减不够合理。
There are many kinds of serious damage for RC infilled frame in Wenchuan earthquake,so it is significant to study the key factors of seismic performance and propose a reasonable evaluation method for the seismic capability.An actual damaged RC infilled frame in Wenchuan earthquake is simulated and analyzed,then the reasonability of the model parameters and the modeling method are verificated.Based on various typical damage in Wenchuan earthquake,influence of vertical layout and the hole rate of infilled wall,the floor number and the structural measure on seismic performance is analyzed.The conclusions are as follows,it is not beneficial for the infilled frame when the infilled walls are not evently distributed.It is easy to present the short column damage caused by large hole of infilled walls.Reasonable strutural measure can avoid large cracks.State goals are proposed for the main frame and the infilled wall respectively.It is achievable to evaluate the struture performance level applying capacity spectrum method and combining the four-node masonry panel element.It is not reasonable to reduce the period of the infilled frame accordance with the Chinese norm.
