汶川地震后对住宅结构体系的思考

摘要
发展钢结构住宅,对我国建筑业、冶金业及相关产业的发展以及推进住宅建设产业化、工业化的发展具有重大意义。汶川地震后,具有优秀抗震性能的钢结构体系越来越受到关注。文章就钢结构建筑体系应用于住宅建设的优缺点及制约因素进行了详细阐述。
Development of steel structure residence has great significance in the development of the construction industry, metallurgy industry and related industry of our country and promotion of the industrialization of the residence buildings. After the Wenchuan Earthquake, the steel structure system with excellent seismic performance has caused more and more attention. This Article has expounded the advantages, disadvan- tages and restricted factors of the steel structure system applied in the residence constructions.
