摘要

在新一代地震勘探仪器的数据采集单元 (ATU)中 ,由于其模数转换使用了Δ -Σ技术及实时数字信号处理 (DSP)等技术 ,使采集站达到了 2 4位 A / D转换 ,这就要求其具有高精度信号源 ,以达到测试其技术指标的要求。文章讨论的是一种高分辨率、高保真线性器件的模数转换功能及用它为采集站设计的一种高精度 ,高保真的精密信号源电路
Sigma delta modulation and digital signal process techniques used by the ATU(array terminal unit) in modern seismic prospecting instrument,the analog to digital converter of the ATU has reached 24 bit A/D conversion.It is necessary that ATU has a high precision signal source for its technical performances measurement.In this paper a high resolution,linear,Analog to Digital or Digital to Analog Converter and a high precision signal source circuit designed for ATU are presented.
