土壤中水溶性氟化物不同提取方式的比较研究

摘要
分别采用超声提取法与振荡提取法进行前处理,离子选择性电极法测定土壤样品中的水溶性氟化物。结果表明:不同提取方式处理后水溶性氟化物的检出限均为0.2 mg/kg。对国家一级标准物质的处理结果显示这两种提取方式所提取出来的水溶性氟化物测定结果与标准值吻合,相对误差均小于6%,无明显差异。对于标准物质与实际样品的分析,两种提取方式的相对标准偏差均小于5%。这两种不同的前处理方式均可应用于日常土壤样品中水溶性氟化物的分析测试。
        The water-soluble fluoride in the soil sample was extracted by vibration and ultrasonic method and then quantified by the ion selective electrode method. As shown by the experimental results, the detection limit of water-soluble fluoride were 0.2 mg/kg by vibration and ultrasonic method. The measured value of national standard reference materials were conformed well to the certified values and the relative errors were less than 6 % by two different methods. The relative standard deviations were less than 5 % for the determination of national standard materials and ordinary sample by two different methods. These two different extraction methods can be applied to the determination of water-soluble fluoride in soil samples.
