摘要
在以矿渣、膨胀蛭石、膨胀珍珠岩、氢氧化镁、氢氧化铝等为主要原料制备碱矿渣水泥基钢结构防火涂料(JKS)的基础上,引入以P·O42.5水泥为基料的防火涂料(PGJ)作为对比,采用小室法对2种涂料的干密度、抗压强度、粘结强度等性能进行对比。结果表明,JKS涂料的抗压强度、粘结强度和耐火极限均优于PGJ涂料。JKS涂料中的矿碱渣水泥比普通硅酸盐水泥具有一定优势,其基本性能符合GB 1497—2002《钢结构防火涂料》要求。
Based on JKS coating prepared from slag,expanded vermiculite,expanded perlite, magnesium hydroxide and aluminum hydroxide and other materials,the ordinary P·O42.5 cement based water resistive coating(PGJ) was introduced as a comparison,and the performances of dry density,compressive strength and bond strength of the above two coatings were compared by the chamber method. The results show that the compressive strength,bond strength and fire resistance of JKS coatings are better than ordinary cement coatings(PGJ). The mineral alkali slag cement in JKS coating has certain advantages over ordinary Portland cement,in terms of basic performance,it can meet the requirements of GB 1497—2002 "Fire resistive coating for steel structure".
