摘要
组织际信息系统数据即服务(IOS-DaaS)开辟了IOS向数据资源交易和定价领域研究与应用的转变,带动传统产业结构转型升级,衍生出新业态.本文系统地阐述IOS-DaaS定价的理论与技术问题,提出基于大数据分析(BDA)的IOS-DaaS技术框架与定价规则,并进一步描述IOS-DaaS精准定价算法过程,为IOSDaa S程序开发奠定基础.
        The Interorganizational Information Systems' Data as a Service is a rising business type that opens up the transition of data resource trading and pricing for research and application of IOS.It will drive transformation and upgrade of the traditional industrial structure. The aufhor systematically elaborates the theoretical and technical issues of IOS-DaaS pricing,proposes IOS-DaaS technical framework and pricing rules based on big data analytics( BDA),and further describes the process of precision pricing algorithm for IOS-DaaS that lays the foundation of IOS-DaaS program development.
