摘要
寒冷地区的面板坝在冬季运行时接缝表层止水结构极易受冰压及冰拔破坏。通过分析几座位于寒冷地区的面板接缝表层止水破坏的工程实例,针对寒冷地区面板堆石坝,提出了面板接缝表层平覆型柔性止水结构,即面板接缝V型槽内充填的塑性填料与混凝土面齐平,将SK手刮聚脲平铺在塑性填料和两侧混凝土表面。首次将平覆型柔性止水结构用于纳子峡水电站水位变化区面板接缝止水破损修复处理。实践证明,面板接缝表层平覆型柔性止水结构具有适应变形能力强、防渗效果好、耐老化、易于施工、美观的特点,可以有效避免库水结冰的影响,适用于寒冷地区混凝土面板堆石坝水位变化区面板接缝的表层止水。
        The surface sealing structure of joints of CFRD in cold area is extremely vulnerable to ice compression and ice pullout during winter operation. Based on the analyses on water sealing failure of several engineering examples in cold areas,a new flexible flat-coating anti-water seepage structure is proposed for CFRDs in cold area,in which,the plastic filler filled in Vshaped groove of CFRD joints is flattened with concrete surface,and the SK hand-scraped polyurea is laid flat on the surface of plastic filler and both sides of concrete. The flexible flat-coating anti-water seepage structure is firstly applied in Nazixia Hydropower Station to repair the surface sealing of concrete joints in water level variation zone. It has been proved that the flexible flat-coating structure has the characteristics of strong deformation adaptability,good anti-water seepage effect,antiaging ability,easy construction and nice appearance,and can effectively avoid the influence of water icing. The flexible flatcoating structure is suitable for the repairing of concrete structural joints in water level variation zone of CFRD in cold area.
