酯化法合成丙酸乙酯的动力学研究

摘要
以阳离子交换树脂Amberlyst 45为催化剂,在间歇搅拌釜式反应器中对酯化法合成丙酸乙酯的本征动力学进行研究,考察搅拌转速、催化剂用量、酸醇摩尔比、反应温度等因素对反应过程的影响。得出较好的反应条件为转速400 r/min,催化剂用量为丙酸溶液质量的6%,反应温度为358.15 K。酸醇摩尔比为1.4∶1。通过348.15—363.15 K下的实验数据进行拟合得到反应平衡常数,建立了拟均相反应模型,获得反应动力学方程。
        The reaction kinetics of esterification of ethyl propionate in the presence of Amberlyst 45 cationic-exchange resin catalyst was studied in a batch stirred tank reactor. The influences of speed, the amount of catalyst, acid alcohol molar ratio, reaction temperature and other factors on the reaction process were investigated. The optimal reaction conditions are as follows: speed 400 r/min,catalyst dosage 6% based on the propionic acid mass,reaction temperature 358.15 K,and acid alcohol molar ratio 1.4 ∶1. The reaction equilibrium constant were measured by fitting the experimental data at 348.15-363.15 K. A quasi-homogeneous reaction model was set up and the reaction kinetics equation was obtained.
