摘要
630℃参数锅炉是在现有材料体系下进一步挖掘潜力,对锅炉进行优化设计完成的。本文深入探讨了630℃二次再热锅炉的设计难点,重点对锅炉高温受热面的材料选取进行论证并对部分材料进行工艺试验研究,同时对锅炉的汽温调节方式、烟气侧偏差控制、蒸汽侧偏差控制和水力偏差控制进行了详细研究分析,对设计中的关键技术提出切实有效的解决措施。630℃机组经济指标在投运620℃机组基础上提升明显。
The 630℃ ultra-supercritical double reheat boiler design was based on further optimization of existing boiler designs to enable the use of current mature materials by fully exploiting their potentials. This paper presents in-depth discussions on the key problems resolved during the design phase, especially on the selection of materials for heating surfaces under higher temperatures. In addition, manufacturing process experiments were conducted on some materials. Detailed analyses were carried out on methods of controlling steam temperature deviations caused by flue gas side and steam side unbalances including thermal hydraulic deviations. Effective solutions to these main technical difficulties were put forward. When compared with previous 620℃boiler units, the 630℃ unit is more economically advantageous.
