摘要
【目的】探究30个多穗柯种源主要经济性状和活性成分的差异,为筛选多穗柯优良种质资源提供理论依据。【方法】采用田间随机区组试验结合方差和主成分分析,对6个省(区、直辖市)30个多穗柯种源苗木的苗高、地径、产量、根皮苷含量、三叶苷含量进行测定。【结果】30个多穗柯种源的树高、产量、老叶根皮苷含量和嫩叶三叶苷含量的种间差异性均达到显著性水平(P<0.05)。对30个多穗柯种源的5个指标进行主成分分析,将其转化为3个主成分,这3个主成分可以代表原本5个指标的82.541%的综合信息,通过综合评价,CQLP2的综合评分(F值)最高为1.420094,其第1主成分的得分也最高,说明其综合指标和经济性状表现最优;GXYJ13的综合评分(F值)排名第2为0.888433,其第2主成分的得分最高,但第1主成分得分为负值(-0.57666),说明其综合评价最优,但经济性状表现比较差,综合得分不如CQLP2。【结论】综合评价最优的10个品种为CQLP2、GXYJ13、GXTL5、GXNP3、CQLP4、GXTL6、GXYJ11、GXDB5、CQLP1和CQJYS2。
        【Objective】To provide a theoretical basis for screeningfine germplasm resource, differences in main economic traits and active constituents of thirty Lithocarpus ploystachyus Rehd.provenances were studied.【Method】The differences of characters were studied by field randomized block test combining analysis of variance and principal component regression, which included seedling height, ground diameter, yield, phloridzin content and trilobatin content of thirty Lithocarpus ploystachyus Rehd.provenances from six provinces(region and municipal). 【Result】Seedling height, ground diameter, yield, phloridzin content and trilobatin content of thirty Lithocarpus ploystachyus Rehd.were significantly different(P<0.05). Five indexes transformed into three principal components by principal component analysis that can represent the 82.542 % comprehensive information of the originalfive indicators. According to synthetically evaluation, comprehensive mark and the score of the first principal component of CQLP2 were the highest(F =1.420094), which showed that aggregative indicator and the economic characters were the best.Comprehensive score of GXYJ13 ranked second and the score of the second principal component were the highest, but the first principal component scored negative(-0.57666), which showed that the comprehensive evaluation was the best, but the economic performance was poor. Composite scores of GXYJ13 was below that of CQLP2. 【Conclusion】The ten varieties with the best comprehensive evaluation were CQLP2, GXYJ13, GXTL5, GXNP3, CQLP4, GXTL6, GXYJ11, GXDB5, CQLP1 and CQJYS2.
