丙卡特罗联合布地奈德治疗小儿慢性咳嗽变异性哮喘效果观察

摘要
目的:探究丙卡特罗联合布地奈德治疗小儿慢性咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床效果。方法:选择某院收治的160例小儿慢性咳嗽变异性哮喘患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各80例,2组入院后均使用丙卡特罗治疗,观察组在使用丙卡特罗基础上联合使用布地奈德治疗,对比2组患儿治疗效果及安全性。结果:治疗总有效率观察组高于对照组(P <0. 05);观察组患儿咳嗽改善时间和3个月复发率优于对照组(P <0. 05);观察组患儿治疗1个疗程、2个疗程后血清Ig E下降幅度均低于对照组(P <0. 05); 2组不良反应率比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论:丙卡特罗联合布地奈德治疗小儿慢性咳嗽变异性哮喘,对症状缓解、病症治疗均有一定的效果,可有效提高免疫力,不良反应小,安全性好。
Objective: To explore the effect of the combination of procaterol and budesonide in treatment of children with chronic cough variant asthma. Methods: 160 children with chronic cough variant asthma admitted to a hospital were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,80 cases in each. Those in the control group were treated with procaterol after admission. On the basis of the control group's regime,budesonide was added in the treatment of the observation group. The efficacy and safety of the two treatments were compared. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group( P <0. 05). The improvement time of cough and 3-months' recurrence rate in the observation group were better than the control group( P <0. 05). After one course and two courses of treatment,the decrease of serum Ig E of the observation group was significantly greater than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). The adverse reaction rate was the same in both groups( P > 0. 05). Conclusion: Procaterol combined with budesonide in the treatment of children with chronic cough variant asthma has significant effects on symptom relief and treatment of the disease. It can effectively improve immunity,drug adverse reactions and safety.
