摘要
随着城市化进程的不断加速,产业结构的调整,大量的搬迁用地涌现,形成了日益严重的城市搬迁废弃地问题。但是该问题仍未引起足够的重视,尤其是在利用园林绿化改善修复城市搬迁地土壤方面,至今都缺乏园林绿化用途城市搬迁地方面的相关评价标准和监管,这大大阻碍了园林绿化城市搬迁地行业的规范化发展。因此,在了解城市搬迁地概念和分类的基础上,分析比较了国内外土壤相关的法律法规,并结合我国目前土壤标准甚至土壤环境质量标准颁布情况,对园林绿化用途城市搬迁地土壤质量评价要求进行了讨论,以期为城市搬迁地再开发利用提供参考,为城市生态文明建设提供借鉴。
        With the acceleration of urbanization, the adjustment of industrial structure, and the emergence of a large number of relocation sites, an increasingly serious problem of urban relocation and abandoned land has been formed. However, this issue has not received enough attention, especially in the use of landscaping to improve the soil of urban relocation sites. So far, there is a lack of relevant evaluation standards and supervision in the urban relocation of landscaping, which greatly hinders the relocation of landscaping cities. Therefore, on the basis of understanding the concept and classification of urban relocation sites, the paper analyzes and compares the laws and regulations related to soil at home and abroad. Based on the current soil standards and the soil environmental quality standards in China considering the soil quality of urban relocation sites for landscaping purposes,the evaluation requirements were discussed in order to provide reference for the redevelopment and utilization of urban relocation sites and urban ecological civilization construction.
