棉茬地放牧对山羊养分消化率及组织中游离棉酚残留的影响

摘要
本研究旨在通过为期60 d的棉茬地连续放牧,探讨棉茬地放牧对本土山羊消化率及各组织中游离棉酚残留的影响。实验选取体况相近的10只本土山羊,使其跟群在棉茬地中固定放牧60 d,测定放牧过程中山羊采食量及消化率。分别确定放牧结束及放牧结束后改换日粮一周时山羊的肝,肾,肌肉及血液中游离棉酚残留量。结果显示:棉茬地放牧山羊平均干物质采食量为816.10 g/d,平均干物质消化率为36.93%,可消化蛋白和可消化能进食量分别为26.87 g/d和3.99 MJ/d。放牧结束时,各组织中游离棉酚含量排序为肝脏>血液>肾脏>肌肉,肝脏中游离棉酚残留量达到161.37 mg/kg。放牧结束一周后山羊肝脏、肾脏及肌肉中游离棉酚浓度分别降低26.24%、16.21%、14.31%,肝脏中游离棉酚浓度显著降低(P<0.05)。
        This paper aimed to study the effects of nutrient digestibility and free gossypol residue in tissue of goat by continuous grazing on cotton stubble land for 60 days. 10 local goats with similar conditions were selected and allowed to graze on cotton stubble land for 60 days to measure their feed intake and digestibility, and separately determine the free gossypol residues within liver, kidney, muscle and blood when the goats finished their grazing or one week after daily ration replaced the grazing. The average dry matter intake and digestibility of goats were 816.10 g/d and 36.93% respectively, and digestible protein and energy intake were separately 26.87 g and 3.99 MJ. After grazing, the content of free gossypol were liver >blood > kidney > muscle, free gossypol residues in the liver reached 161.37 mg/kg. The residual amount of gossypol in the liver reached 161.37 mg/kg. After one week, the concentration of gossypol in liver, kidney and muscle of goats were decreased by 26.24%, 16.21% and 14.31% respectively, and the gossypol in liver decreased significantly(P<0.05).
