芹菜废弃物对干旱区绿洲土壤中重金属DTPA提取态含量的影响

摘要
本文参照相关方法,制备芹菜废弃物样品,通过土壤培养试验和DTPA浸提等,初步研究了芹菜废弃物对干旱区绿洲土壤中Cd、Cu、Pb、Zn等重金属DTPA提取态的影响,探讨使用芹菜废弃物控制重金属污染土壤中Cd、Pb、Cu、Zn等DTPA提取态含量的可能性,以期对蔬菜废弃物的处理方式给出建议,为干旱区绿洲重金属污染土壤找到可能的污染治理方法。研究结果表明,芹菜废弃物原样可有效降低污染绿洲土壤中DTPA提取态Cd的含量,但无法有效降低Cu、Pb、Zn等重金属的DTPA提取态含量,甚至还会导致其含量升高。而经碳化处理后的芹菜废弃物可以有效降低土壤中Cd及Cu的DTPA提取态含量,对Pb及Zn的DTPA提取态含量则无明显作用。
        This study prepared celery(Apium.graveolens L.) waste samples by soil culture experiment and DTPA extraction, preliminary study on the celery waste of oasis in arid areas in soil of heavy metals such as Cd, Cu, Pb, and Zn with DTPA extraction condition, the influence of control of heavy metal pollution in soil with celery waste Cd, Pb, Cu, and Zn content of DTPA extraction mode of possibility, in order to vegetable waste treatment recommendations, for heavy metal contaminated soil oases in arid areas to find possible methods of pollution control. The results showed that the original sample of celery waste could effectively reduce the content of Cd extracted from DTPA in the soil of polluted oasis, however, it could not effectively reduce the content extracted from DTPA of Cu, Pb, and Zn, and even lead to the increase of its content.The carbonized celery waste can effectively reduce the content of DTPA extracted from Cd and Cu in soil, but it has no significant effect on the content of DTPA extracted from Pb and Zn.
